Micah grew up all over the world traveling with his parents as his dad had a career in the Air Force. When he was 12 he came to know Christ as his savior while living in Newport News, VA. While in college at The Baptist College of Florida Micah met Tracy and they were married in 2000 and they have two daughters, Grace and Kessed.

Micah is the Senior Pastor at Frederick which means he spends most of his time preaching, teaching and casting vision. Micah’s favorite scripture passage is Psalm 67.

In his spare time Micah is a bit of a computer nerd. He loves to blog and he writes regularly at micahfries.com. He also loves to read and hang out with all three of his girls. Micah is a huge sports fan and loves spending time with his family rooting for the Gators, Packers and Royals!
